We are a PPO office and accept most insurances for chiropractic care with Dr. Tammy.
For doula and labor support services, we only accept cash, check, credit card, or CareCredit.
Alternative/Functional and Nutritional Medicine Services
Dr. Zac Watkins is considered an out-of-network provider and does not take assignment for insurance. Although the medical testing that he provides IS covered by most insurances. We can provide you with a detailed receipt of services that can be submitted by you to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We also encourage the use of your Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flex Spending Accounts. Health Savings Accounts (usually attained by a broker like State Farm Insurance) are accounts in which you can contribute a maximum of $5950 per year as a family ($2500 as an individual). These contributions are tax-deductible and can be used for ALL health needs (nutritional medicines, Lasix corrective eye surgery, new eyeglass frames, dental care, and blood testing). As a benefit to your company's Flex Account, the dollars in your HSA can be rolled over for years to come. Think of it as a medical savings account that can also be used as an investment account. Drs. Zac and Tammy have a family HSA and view it as a GREAT way to take control of their family's health. This way you can use your own dollars for what you need and want without an insurance company dictating what you want to be done or what provider you can see.

We proudly offer CareCredit, a card designed specifically for your healthcare needs. CareCredit can help you move forward with getting the procedure that has been designed for you. With low minimum monthly payment options, no up-front costs, no prepayment penalties and no annual fees, you can start your treatment plan sooner.

CareCredit works just like a credit card, but is exclusive for healthcare services. With low monthly payments every time you use it, you can use your card over and over for follow-up appointments, different procedure, even prescribed natural medicines. For functional medicine programs, the question is always asked how much will consultations, testing, and treatment cost. This is hard to accurately judge because everyone is different, and therefore everyone's course of action is different. If two individuals have rheumatoid arthritis, we do not treat them the exact same way because each person has specific needs. Usually the more serious a condition requires more commitment to a course of action. We don't just wake up one day with diabetes, it takes many years for it to develop and we want to do what it takes to reverse this process.
When it comes to your health, we want you to be dedicated to change. Our cars demand regular maintenance and work to keep it running and our bodies are not any different. But saying that, we don't wait until our cars are completely non-functional to take them in for maintenance. Again, same with our bodies (although much more important). We have too much to look forward too with our friends and families to NOT do what it takes to enjoy the best time possible with them.
Patients always want to know a length of time it will take to feel better. This too is hard to predict. True health is a life-long change and we learn how to do that and what it means daily. View the length of time as a chance to change direction with your health for true prevention for the future! If you would like to schedule a time with Dr. Zac Watkins, an initial consult (which includes a comprehensive lab panel, in-office urine testing, body composition analysis, and a one hour follow-up of results) is $349. The initial paperwork will also be required.
This initial work-up gives a baseline understanding of your current health status and will help Dr. Watkins determine if further testing is needed as-well-as allow him to design a specific health plan for you.

The basic lab panel alone is worth close to $2000 at your primary care provider's office or hospital. But because of our relationship with Quest Diagnostics and the volume that we do, we can offer testing at a much reduced price and in-turn do a more complete workup to get to the bottom of an individual's concern.
